OPEN EDUCATION FOR COMPANIES
New job requirements have made foreign languages, especially English, a priority in the professional development of any employee.
Knowledge of international languages is a "must" without which an employee may not promote, relocate or find a better job.
We meet the needs of people who want to become better in what they do, to overcome moments of anxiety/blockage occurring due to not knowing a foreign language.
The most wanted courses are English, business modules (English at the workplace) that Open Education successfully provides.
Our courses are sessions that combine delivery of information, skills formation and training (by simulating real situations), coaching. Why coaching? Participants often have the feeling that know nothing, and cannot say anything in a foreign language.
Often, it is not a linguistic blockage, but a psychological one (for example, I'm afraid of making mistakes and I prefer not talking). In these situations, Open Education trainers try to restore the learner's confidence in his / her own knowledge, to understand the mechanism of this blockage and talk honestly and establish a close connection to the learners.
The atmosphere in class is always pleasant and relaxing. We are trying to remove daily stress from work, of our learners. Therefore good-humor and humor are always ingredients of our study sessions. The courses take place at the headquarters of the company.
